A guest weighing less than 200 pounds sat down in the x-gear chair and the hinge just above the cupholder cracked. Can we get new parts?? The chair is less than 3 summer seasons old. I have photos of the needed part. This is too expensive of a chair to have weak plastic parts that are supposed to support 300 #s. We bought the chair because our friends are over 70 and the chair arms do a good job supporting them as they lift themselves out of the sitting position.
