Couldn’t change delivery address

A minute after I submitted the order I realized that the delivery address was the last one I used. I immediately sent an email to the address that they provided, asking them to change the delivery address. I never received a response and the item was sent a week later to my original request. Disappointed that they had several days to respond to my timely request.
