3.CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We understand that you may now need to amend your delivery addresses.And we can do it for you if the order hasn't been processed or shipped.If you need to amend the delivery addresses, please email to service@thexgear.com.
4.SO WHAT IF I’M NOT THERE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
If you can’t change your delivery address, and no one else can accept the delivery, it will be returned to us and you’ll be refunded in full. The courier may leave your order in a safe place at the address if it’s student accommodation or your place of work, for example, so we’ve extended the returns period to accommodate for that!
5. I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER.
We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order starts making moves. Please send us a note as soon as possible to service@thexgear.com if you want to cancel the order. we can't do the exchange/cancel if the item has been shipped.
6.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? CAN IT BE EXPEDITED?
We're sorry to tell you that we don't offer a expedited shipping option.We offer Standard Shipping (5-15 business days).Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website.We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
